Returns & Exchanges

Your item will need to be sent back within 30 days of purchase and be unworn, unwashed, unused and in original condition with all packaging intact. 


If your item meets the following criteria then you are eligible for a return:

Full Priced

Free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery

Sale/Promotion

Free returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery

Final Clearance

No change of mind policy if item is marked as clearance item, sorry no returns*

  • As Halfcaf are an online store, online purchases must be returned via post only.

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: Please Contact Us via our Contact Us page.

  • Hats and Headwear: Cannot be returned due to sanitary reasons.

  • Due to sanitary reasons, if any sign of wear including soiling or damage is evident, the return process will be denied and the items will be returned to you.

  • Gift with purchase promotion: If you return an item where you’ve received a gift, you either need to return gift or price of gift will be deducted from your return.


Please note:

  • For extra security and peace of mind when returning our items, we highly suggest insured registered post, as we are not liable for lost return parcels.

  • For requested refunds - the purchase price will be refunded to you via your original payment method. This will be processed as soon as we receive your returned item(s) and you meet our conditions stated above.
