What size should I order?
That’s simple! Buying clothing online can be difficult to get the right size, so we've made it easy! Head over and check out our Size Guide.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! All orders placed by 2PM AEST will be packed and dispatched the same business day. We can't wait for our products to reach your hands, so we will do everything in our control to get your items to you as quick as possible.
The item I like has sold out – what can I do?
We try our best to keep up with demand, but sometimes the item you want might just be too darn popular! Since we focus on what’s trending right now, we try to produce limited runs and keep the exclusivity of our products. Therefore our styles are only available whilst stocks last!
How do I know you’ve received my order?
Once you have placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. In the rare event that you don’t, please contact our customer service team via our Contact Us page and we’ll sort this one out for you ASAP!
Where is my order? Can I track my current order online?
Don’t you worry, there's no waiting by the post box required! Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with an Australia Post tracking number. You can use this number to keep tabs on your package as it makes its way to you!
What if I’m not home when my parcel is delivered?
Your order will either leave your parcel in a safe place or drop off a card with details on how you can retrieve your parcel and brighten up your day.
How do I change my delivery address?
If you need to update your delivery address, please complete our contact form here and confirm your order number and correct address so our Customer Service Team can assist.
I just placed my order. I need to change something. Can I do that?
As long as your order has not been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to do our best to make adjustments where we can. All is not lost though! If your order has already been shipped, best to follow our regular returns process.
I received my order and it’s incorrect! What do I do?
We apologise and would like to make it up to you. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a detailed description of the incorrect item(s) you received. We will then provide you with a pre-paid shipping label and returns authorisation form to send back your unwanted item(s). A replacement order will be shipped to you immediately.
Why was my order cancelled?
If this happens we will inform you immediately. Your order was most likely cancelled because the item you ordered is in high demand and suddenly became out of stock. We promise these cases are rare. However, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 - 48 hours and your card will be refunded. If your order contains additional items, these items will be shipped to you. Only the unavailable item(s) will be removed from your order.
What if I change my mind about an item?
